One of the undisputable treasures of our
area is the Upper Delaware River. The Delaware River area in Wayne
County is probably one of the most beautiful areas in Northeastern PA.
In addition to Delaware River riverfront homes for sale, below are links
to all riverfront homes in the Pike Wayne MLS. Some will be on the Wallenpaupack River, which is at the southern end of Lake Wallenpaupack.
Other homes are on the Lackawaxen River.
While not as deep as the Delaware, the Lackawaxen River is beautiful and
desirable in its own right. The winding Towpath Road along the river
gives you some fantastic views - and you just may spot a bald eagle (or
several) roosting in the trees or swooping for lunch. |
